A man was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after he was found with stab wounds in the lobby of an apartment building in East York.
Police said they received a call just before 3 a.m. at a residential building located at 444 Lumsden Avenue west of Victoria Park Avenue.

Emergency crews located a male who had been stabbed approximately 20 times.

Police said he was transported to a trauma centre and is currently in surgery.
Authorities are looking for four male suspects in connection to the incident.
