Two pedestrians were taken to hospital in serious condition Saturday after being struck by a car that jumped the curb following a collision with another vehicle, police said.
Police said the two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Western Road and Sarnia Road around 8:30 p.m. One of the vehicles left the roadway and mounted the curb, striking the two.

No further information has been released. Police closed the intersection for around two hours for investigation and clean-up.
