As patio season winds down, the city wants to know what you think of people on them lighting up.
Winnipeg is the last major city that still allows smoking on patios but the city is looking to possibly change that.

A consultation of the outdoor smoking bylaw was just launched. Until Sept. 26, Winnipeggers can fill out an online survey on the issue here.
The city is also meeting with businesses, organizations and others to gather more feedback. A telephone survey and public hearings will also take place.
Councillors will have the chance to consider changes in the spring.
