An alleged impaired driver is also accused of assaulting a Prince Albert police officer.
He is one of three persons charged with impaired driving in the northern Saskatchewan city over the long weekend.

Police said they received word Friday evening that a truck was being driven erratically.
Officers located the truck in a parking lot on 15 Street East where they said the driver was passed out behind the wheel.
The officers stated the interior of the truck smelled like alcohol and the driver showed signs of intoxication when they woke him up.
He refused to give a breath sample when brought to detention and at one point became combative with officers.
Officers were able to subdue him.

The 28-year-old Pelican Narrows man has been charged with impaired driving and assaulting a peace office.
He has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear Sept. 12 in Prince Albert provincial court.

Also on Friday, police said they charged a woman with impaired driving after a vehicle hit a garage.
The driver fled before officers arrived and they located it that evening on Southwood Drive.
Officers said the vehicle had major damage and the woman appeared intoxicated.
She was brought back to police cells where officers said she failed a breathalyzer test.
The 58-year-old Prince Albert woman is facing several charges including impaired driving.

Police were alerted to the third impaired driving after getting a RID (report impaired drivers) call.
Officers spoke to witnesses who said the driver had gone through a drive-thru, was drinking alcohol and hit a vehicle before driving away.
The vehicle was located a short time later and pulled over.
Officers said there was evidence of alcohol consumption in the vehicle and the driver look intoxicated.
He was taken to police cells where police said he failed a breathalyzer test.
The 20-year-old Prince Albert man is charged with impaired driving and exceeding .08.
He has been released from custody and will make a court appearance on Oct. 11.
