Overnight lows are expected to drop to between 2 C and 4 C as a ridge of high pressure builds across the province.

Environment Canada said while widespread frost is not expected, there is a chance localized regions prone to cold air drainage could see ground temperatures dip to the freezing mark with frost.

Temperatures will bounce back, with a high of 22 C forecast for back-to-school Tuesday before jumping into the high 20s on Wednesday.
