When it comes to music, the 2017 edition of the Western Fair will have a little bit of something for everyone.
Officials announced the line-up for the 142nd edition of the fair Wednesday morning and it includes big names like Canadian rockers 54-40, The Sheepdogs and country stars LOCASH.
Eric Ethridge, Sarah Smith, Cam and Madeline Merlo will also hit the stage.

Local up-and-coming performers will have a chance to showcase their talents in the I Love Local Tent. Nearly 25 acts are set to perform and officials say regular admission will give fair-goers access to the shows that span the genres of rock, folk, blues, roots, country and tribute.
The Metroland Media Agriplex will host all of this year’s musical performances.
The 2017 Western Fair kicks off on Sept. 8 and will run until Sept. 17.
