Peel Regional Police are investigating after an adult male suffered a serious laceration in an incident in Brampton Friday morning.
Police said they responded to a call around 9:45 a.m. on Pluto Drive near Bovaird Drive East and Kennedy Road North.

Officers located the victim inside a residence with serious injuries.
Authorities initially said the man suffered a gunshot wound but further medical examination found he had been stabbed.
Police have yet to release the age and identity of the victim.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.
