Lethbridge police are thanking the public for help finding the owners of an engagement ring and a pair of binoculars.
The ring was found at Park Place Mall on March 11 and turned in to guest services, but the mall wasn’t able to find the rightful owners.
After three months, the mall turned the ring over to police and filed a report (as is the shopping centre’s policy.)
According to police, the gold and diamond engagement ring is valued at $3,000 to $4,000.

The binoculars, meanwhile, were found on a path in Riverstone by a family out for a bike ride.
The Swarovski Range Finder binoculars were in some bushes, and are estimated to be worth nearly $4,100.
Police said attempts to trace the owner through the serial number and where the binoculars were purchased were unsuccessful.
After a media release sent Tuesday morning, police said the owner of the binoculars had been identified and the property was returned by 2 p.m.
