An arrest has been made in connection with an early morning armed robbery at a gas station in Cobourg in mid-January.
Surveillance images show a man brandishing a gun and demanding cash from a clerk at the Petro Canada station on Division Street.
Police determined he had been at the station an hour earlier buying items.
Waterloo police arrested a man on July 11 and turned him over to Cobourg police. Police say they’ve determined the gun was fake.
Dylan Scremin, 23, of Kitchener, faces 20 charges in relation to the robbery.
