WINNIPEG — The Manitoba Moose have announced seven new signings including captain Patrice Cormier, and Winnipegger Peter Stoykewych.
Both players will be returning to the team on one-year contracts, along with forwards Darren Kramer and Francis Beauvillier, as well as defenceman Jake Kulevich.
In addition the Moose have also signed forward Brody Sutter, and goaltender Colton Phinney to one-year deals.

Sutter finished last season with Florida Panthers AHL affiliate, Springfield Thunderbirds. The 25-year-old scored nine points in 19 games.
Phinney, 24, finished his NCAA career last season at Princeton University. The goaltender played in 110 games during his time in college, posting a 27-74-9 record, with a 3.10 goals against average. Phinney is a five-time Eastern College Athletic Conference goalie of the week, and holds multiple records at Princeton University.
Forwards, Cormier, Kramer and Beauvillier are all returning players to the Moose.
Cormier served as captain during the 2016-17 season. He scored 13 goals and 16 assists in 69 games.
Kramer is entering his third year with the Moose, after posting four points in 42 games last season.
Beauvillier appeared in nine games with the Moose in 2016-17. The 23-year-old had four goals and one assist with the team.
Defenceman Peter Stoykewych and Jake Kulevich are also returning players.
Stoykewych finished third among Moose defenders in scoring last season, with 20 points in 72 games.
Kulevich tallied two assists with the Moose in 11 games during the 2016-17 campaign.
