Newlyweds in New Jersey got quite the surprise Saturday night when U.S. President Donald Trump crashed their wedding.
The couple, Kristen Piatkowski and Tucker Gladhill, seemed more than happy to share their spotlight with the president, who walked in following an all-clear from Secret Service. The reception was being held at Trump National Golf Club, according to CNN.
In a video posted on Twitter, the bride rushes past guests to greet the president, who remarks, “Beautiful bride.”
The crowd was possibly even more excited than the newlyweds.

“Looking good, Donald!” one wedding guest is heard shouting the video.
The attendees took the time to snap photos, and chanted “USA! USA!” as the president left the party. Some even got signed “Make America Great Again” hats from the president himself, CNN reported.

It seems the president is taking a page from Justin Trudeau’s book. Last year, the prime minister made headlines for crashing a wedding in Tofino, B.C.
