A 38-year-old man from Manganese Mines man is facing several drug possession charges after several police forces searched his home.
On Wednesday, the Colchester County Integrated Street Crime Unit, Colchester District RCMP, Truro Police Service and an RCMP police dog team searched a home on Willy Hoare Road.

Police say they seized a quantity of suspected cocaine, marijuana and prescription pills, as well as a restricted handgun.
A man was arrested without incident.
He will appear in Truro Provincial Court on Aug. 2 to face two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession for the purpose of trafficking, unauthorized possession of a firearm and unsafe storage of a firearm.
Police say the investigation is continuing.
