RCMP have arrested a 20-year-old man after a report that a man exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl.
Police say that on May 7, 2017, Hampton RCMP responded to a call of a man exposing his genitals to a young girl.

According to police, the 11-year-old was walking her bicycle along Route 820 when a man pulled up beside her in a vehicle. He then proceeded to expose himself.

The girl ran home and reported the incident to her parents, who called police. The man was identified and then arrested on May 11 after the girl was able to provide a detailed description of a suspect.
RCMP say their investigation is ongoing and that the man is scheduled to appear in a Saint John court in August.
