This moment was similar to Undertaker’s pyrotechnics mishap that injured multiple people at the same venue for WrestleMania 24.

A cable snapped causing a shower of fire to fall into the crowd which reportedly injured 30 to 35 people and led to multiple hospitalizations.

There is no word thus far on what specifically caused the fire this time or how it can be prevented in the future.
