Winnipeg’s revolving restaurant is about to turn into something new.
The landmark dining space on top of Fort Garry Place has been vacant since the Royal Crown Revolving Restaurant closed in 2008.

Restaurateur Noel Bernier confirmed Thursday he is planning to reopen the rotating facility as Prairie 360 later this fall.
Bernier is the owner of Hermanos Steakhouse and Wine Bar and Corrientes Argentine Pizzeria.
He says Prairie 360 will specialize in Manitoba-grown food.
