A man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant was arrested in Swift Current, Sask., following a lengthy stand-off with police.
Swift Current RCMP said Jordan Marleau, 32, was located at a home in the 300-block of Cowie Crescent late Monday morning.
Police said there was reason to believe firearms might be inside the home and the RCMP emergency response team was called in to assist.

Residents of an apartment building were evacuated as a precaution and surrounding roads were barricaded.
At 4:35 p.m., police said a man and a woman were arrested without incident as they left the home.
Three hours later, police said Marleau was arrested inside the home without incident.
Police said no shots were fired and no injuries have been reported.
Marleau was wanted on numerous Controlled Drug and Substances Act (CDSA) charges following a Dec. 21 drug bust in Swift Current when police seized drugs with an estimated street value of over $100,000.

He is scheduled to appear Tuesday morning in Swift Current provincial court.
The two other people arrested are facing charges.
Nicholas Neufeld, 18, who is from Swift Current, and Courtney Hill, 22, who is from Gull Lake, Sask., are charged with obstructing a police officer.
Both were scheduled to appear Tuesday afternoon in Swift Current provincial court.
