Calgary police are investigating a shooting in the city’s southeast on Monday.
Officers were called to the 3600 block of 17 Avenue S.E. just before 3 a.m. for reports of shots fired.
When they arrived, police found several bullet casings, but said no one was at the scene and no injuries were reported.

Investigators cordoned off the scene as they worked to gather evidence.
Police said a vehicle was spotted fleeing the area but it’s not known if the car was linked the shooting.
