VERNON, B.C. – A bull locals call Greeter has been sitting cold and still in a field on a small Vernon farm, leading neighbours to ask for intervention by the SPCA.
They believe the animal is being neglected and are concerned for its welfare on a Pleasant Valley Road property during the sub-zero temperatures.

Following numerous calls to the SPCA and Global News, Greeter may be better able to survive the winter.
The Holstein’s owners have now fixed the animal’s shelter following a visit from the SPCA.
While neighbours are concerned the animal does not have adequate feed, the SPCA disagrees.
The animal protection agency says they are satisfied with the animals condition and welfare.
