Calgary’s airport announced direct flights to Mexico City in a new partnership with Aeromexico on Thursday.

YYC Calgary International Airport said the airline will provide daily flights from the new terminal starting June 1, 2017.

“This service connects Calgary with Mexico’s primary business centre and creates additional opportunities for companies in Alberta involved in a number of industries important to both this province and Mexico, notably the agrifood and energy sectors,” Calgary Airport Authority president and CEO Garth Atkinson said in a statement.
