A 76-year-old man is dead following a house fire in North Grant, N.S.

Antigonish District RCMP say neighbours reported the fire, which occurred on Glenda Crescent shortly after 8 p.m. Thursday.

The Office of the Fire Marshall, the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service and RCMP are investigating.
