Snowfall warnings are in place for several regions across British Columbia Saturday.
Environment Canada said heavy snow is expected for the regions of East Columbia, Shuswap, West Columbia and Whistler.
Snow is expected to fall on the Trans-Canada Highway from Eagles Pass to Rogers Pass, which could lead to treacherous driving conditions.
There have also been reports of snowfall on Vancouver Island.
Snow is also falling on the North Shore mountains.
Grouse Mountain officially opened Saturday morning for its 90th winter season with skiers. Cypress Mountain kicked off its downhill season Friday. Mount Seymour is open for tobogganing this weekend.
