Officers located the suspect vehicle in Downtown Vancouver near Seymour and Davie Street and took two people into custody.

Witnesses say police had guns drawn while pulling two men from a van.

Montague says no gun was found by police and the original call may have been either exaggerated or inaccurate. Apparently a gun was not seen, only gestured to.

No other information is available at this time.
