KELOWNA – A man has been charged in a murder in Kelowna in January 2014.
The body of Christopher Michael Ausman, 32, was found on a blood-stained sidewalk in the business district of Rutland.
Police haven’t said how Ausman was killed but his family believes he was stabbed.
Court documents reveal Steven Randy Pirko has been charged with second-degree murder.

He’s being held in custody pending a court appearance Wednesday.
