A man is recovering from serious injuries after a stabbing in East Vancouver early Saturday morning.
The victim stumbled into a pizza restaurant on Commercial Drive near Parker Street just before 2:30 a.m. and was transported to hospital in serious condition. Police said Monday the man has undergone surgery and remains in hospital in stable condition.

A 19-year-old Vancouver man was arrested Saturday in connection with the stabbing, and is facing numerous charges. Police said Monday that the two men were known to each other and that the stabbing appears to have been targeted.
