Earlier this year, Tori Spelling was sued by American Express over an unpaid $38,000 credit card bill and now, just months later, the pregnant 43-year-old actress has been hit with another lawsuit from the financial corporation.

According to court papers, which were filed on Oct. 31 and obtained by ET, Spelling has a balance of $87,595.55 on one of her American Express credit cards, and is now being sued for payment. A copy of the card statement from AmEx shows the account is now cancelled.

“No part of said sum has been paid, although demand for payment has been made,” the documents read about Spelling’s credit card balance.

Spelling was first sued by American Express in January of this year for failing to pay a balance of $37,981.97 owed since summer of 2015. There is no confirmation whether or not these two lawsuits are related.

On Aug. 11, a judge ordered a default judgment against Spelling, demanding she repay the full amount, plus an additional $855 in court fees.

Candy Spelling revealed she was “helping” her daughter financially in January.

“I’ve been paying all her bills now, except I’m not paying extras like that,” the 71 year old told TMZ. “I’m not paying any back payments — just for the house, and the kids’ schools, and their food.”

Two months later, Spelling told People she wanted the lawsuit to “go away.” Insisting her finances were fine, she told the publication, “We’re not bankrupt. We’re not struggling. We’re fine!”

Spelling and her husband, Dean McDermott, have dealt with other financial issues. In July, the state of California placed a tax lien for $259,108.23 on the couple’s property stemming from state taxes that allegedly were unpaid in 2014.
