WINNIPEG — Power 97 is cranking up the volume with the addition of Phil Aubrey, better known as radio personality, Philly.
Philly will be joining Joe and Randy on Power Mornings.
No stranger to Power 97, Philly held several hosting gigs at the station before joining 92 CITI FM. He’s also worked at 680 CJOB Winnipeg and was a promotional announcer at Winnipeg Blue Bomber home games.
“Philly is coming back to Power because since Power 97 returned to Winnipeg he loves the music and wants to be a part of it,” said Tammy Cole, senior program director with Power 97.
“Philly is a guys guy, a family man with two young sons, loves sports… he’s also a bit of a smart ass,” she said.
Power Mornings with Philly, Joe and Randy debuts on Power 97 airwaves Monday, Nov. 28.
