Brandon police are investigation after two teenagers allegedly found an unused syringe in a Halloween treat bag.
On Monday around 8:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a syringe in a treat bag.

A 13-year-old and 15-year-old girl said they found the unused syringe after returning from trick-or-treating.
“At this time, there is only a single incident and that validity of that report is under investigation,” Brandon police said in a media release sent Tuesday.
