Four people have been charged after police seized crystal meth and weapons in a Swift Current, Sask., drug bust.

The bust happened early Tuesday morning when Mounties searched a home at 461 1st Ave. N.

Police said they seized an undisclosed amount of crystal meth, prohibited weapons, stolen property, break and enter tools, and Canadian and U.S. money.

Dwayne Anton Gilbertson, 50, of Swift Current, is charged with possession of crystal meth for the purpose of trafficking, possession of prohibited weapons, possession of stolen property and possession of break and enter tools.

Brittany Vanessa Wiens, 26, from Herbert, is charged with possession of crystal meth and possession of a prohibited weapon.

Both will appear Wednesday morning in Swift Current provincial court.

Diamond Crystal Meszaros, 19, and Kayleigh Mary Frances Braithwaiste, 22, who are both from Eastend, are charged with crystal meth possession.

They have been released from custody and will be appearing in Swift Current provincial court on Nov. 14.
