A second-degree murder warrant has been issued for an “armed and dangerous” suspect wanted in connection with the shooting of a 31-year-old Brampton man found dead at a trucking company parking lot in west-end Toronto.
Emergency crews were called to the BTI Cartage, on Humber College Boulevard near Finch Avenue West in Etobicoke, around 2:40 a.m. Saturday after Maninder Singh Sandhu was found dead in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds.
Sandhu stored his tractor trailer in the parking lot and police said he was shot around 4:30 p.m. Friday. His body was discovered by family members at the scene around 10 hours later.

Toronto police said Wednesday Sandhu was shot by a suspect employed by the same trucking company and an autopsy revealed the cause of death to be numerous gunshot wounds to the torso.
Investigators said they were “greatly assisted” community members and Sandhu’s co-workers in the trucking business.
An arrest warrant was issued for Pardeep Chouhan, 34, of Brampton, Wednesday on one charge of second-degree murder.
He is described by police as having a light brown complexion, standing 6’0″, 180 pounds, with straight black hair and a scar beside his right eye.
Police said he is believed to be armed and dangerous and has access to firearms.
If spotted, police are advising the public not to approach Chouhan but instead to immediately call 911 to report his location and description. Investigators said he is believed to still be in the Greater Toronto Area.
Police have released several security camera images of Chouhan in hopes that he will be recognized and apprehended.
