One little girl in Regina got the surprise of her life after her lost bunny went on quite the adventure.
On Aug. 27, during I Love Regina Day a young girl lost her stuffed bunny at the downtown public library.
One of the staff members at the library who found the bunny went on the popular social media site Reddit and posted the following message:
“Little girl lost her bunny at my library. Want to have some travel photos made up so it seemed like it went on a short vacation.”
People who saw the post on Reddit used Photoshop to create picturing showing the bunny travelling to places like the Great Barrier Reef. They also made the bunny enjoy a nice breakfast in Paris and during the animal’s busy travels, the rabbit was able to find some time to take a ride on a Legoland rollercoaster.
The lost bunny was reunited with the little girl earlier this week and the girl’s mom went on Facebook to post the following message.
“Sometimes it’s super cool that Regina is a small city where everyone know everyone else, and a little girls best bunny pal gets a story like this and still comes home.”
