An investigation is underway in Kenora, Ont., following what police are calling a serious assault.
Officers said they responded to the downtown area of Kenora just after midnight Sunday after reports of a seriously injured man.
A man has been taken to hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries.
Police said they secured part of a trail near the railway tracks on Main Street North as they continue their investigation.
