Friday night’s tilt with the Tigers marks the return of Lethbridge Hurricanes hockey for another year. The ‘Canes made the playoffs last year for the first time since the 2008-2009 season. That means expectations are running high as the team looks to get back to the post-season, and claim the central division title once again. Last year, the team rallied behind first-year Head Coach Brent Kisio, winning 46 games, and scoring over 300 goals. The team electrified the fan base, and this year, they hope to do the same. Friday, Global Lethbridge’s Matt Battochio had the chance to sit down with ‘Canes bench boss Brent Kisio to see what his expectations are for the season ahead.
