VERNON – He was last seen a week ago.
Now Vernon RCMP are asking for public help in finding Joseph Michel Andre Bouchard.
He’s a Maple Ridge resident whose last known location is the Vernon Greyhound bus station on August 19th.

-black camo baseball cap
-short sleeved red and white plaid shirt
-jean shorts
