Saskatoon police have recovered another stolen bicycle after spotting a man having trouble putting on a tire.
Officers were in the 100-block of Clancy Drive at around 11:30 p.m. CT on Tuesday when they saw a man having trouble attaching a bike tire to the frame.

A closer inspection by the officers found that the tire did not fit the bicycle.
A check of the serial number found that the bike was reported stolen in June.
The 49-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property and breach of an undertaking.

Police officials said the recording of serial numbers assists investigators and can help the rightful owner claim their stolen property.
