A 23-year-old man is accused of driving drunk, crashing a car into a Kelowna residence, then getting out of the vehicle and running away from the scene.
Now, Kelowna man is facing a handful of potential charges after the Sunday night crash.
It happened just after 11 p.m. at the intersection of Glenwood Avenue and Pandosy Street. No one was injured and there didn’t appear to be any structural damage to the residence.

“Witnesses at the scene reported that the driver fled the crash scene,” said Constable Jesse O’Donaghey in a news release.
“The suspect was chased and apprehended by a witness to the crash.”
When RCMP arrived the suspect appeared to be intoxicated. Police asked for a breath sample, but say the suspect refused.
He was held in police custody overnight, but later released.
He is expected to appear in court November 3.
Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call the Kelowna RCMP or Crimestoppers.
