Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes has been told that her assets will be seized unless she pays $830,000 in back taxes to the U.S. government, The Daily Mail has reported.

The 48-year-old reality star, whose real name is Linnethia Monique Leeks, was hit with a Federal Tax Lien last month in a Georgia court.

The IRS accuses Leakes of refusing to pay a total of $824,366.01 in back taxes for the year 2014, according to court documents.

In 2014, Leakes was collecting her salary from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and starred on Dancing With the Stars where she placed 7th. She also launched a Home Shopping Network fashion line called the NeNe Leakes Collection, and played the wicked stepmother, Madame, in Broadway’s adaption of Cinderella.

This isn’t the first member of the Real Housewives cast who has been involved in an “iffy” situation with Uncle Sam.

Real Housewives of Atlanta alums Kim Fields and Sheree Whitfield both owed the IRS back taxes in 2015.

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice spent 11 months in prison in 2014 for fraud and conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud. (Joe Guidice, her husband, is currently serving a 41-month sentence for the same crimes at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, N.J.).

Leakes made headlines earlier this year when it was reported that she would not be appearing on the upcoming ninth season of Real Housewives of Atlanta. She was an original cast member on the hit reality show, and reportedly did not reach a deal with the network or producers to come back in future episodes.
