The Material Girl may be 58 years old now — her birthday was on Aug. 16 — but she certainly still knows how to party.
Madonna celebrated the festivities in Havana, Cuba, where Americans were only recently permitted to visit, by dancing on a bar and among patrons in an upscale private restaurant.
Hundreds of fans gathered outside the Saratoga Hotel in the Old Havana District hoping to see the pop star, who dined with daughter Lourdes (whose father, Carlos León, is Cuban), son Rocco, and adopted children David and Mercy.

In celebration of her birthday, Madonna showed off her Cuban dance moves atop a bar, which you can see in the video, above.

She was also spotted driving around the city in a 1957 Chevy convertible.
Madonna joins other American celebrities like Jay Z and Beyoncé, who have started to flock to Cuba after the U.S. eased travel restrictions in December 2014.
