The missing man and his friend were fishing when their boat flipped. One of the men couldn’t swim to shore, RCMP said.

Friends at the campground activated the emergency beacon.

When they were alerted, RCMP and Alberta Parks began searching the lake.

Those crews, along with Little Divide Search and Rescue, continue to search.

The family of the man has been notified.
