EMS said ten people were transported to hospital from the 2016 Chasing Summer music festival.
The two-day electronic dance music event was held at Max Bell Centre on Saturday and Sunday.
A spokesperson for Calgary EMS said the patients, who ranged in age from 20s to 30s, were all suffering from issues due to illicit substances or alcohol, and were transported in stable, non-life-threatening condition.
