Five people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash just southwest of Saskatoon on Monday.
At around 10:15 a.m. CT, emergency services were called to the collision at the intersection of Highway 7 and Highway 60.

Upon arrival, members of the Saskatoon Fire Department found one vehicle on its side and three of its six occupants still trapped inside.
Firefighters stabilized the vehicle and then used extrication tools to get them out.
Paramedics took two boys, ages three and 12, and a 12-year-old girl to Royal University Hospital in stable condition. Two women with minor abrasions were also hospitalized.

The driver of the second vehicle was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
RCMP are looking into the cause of the crash.
