Although RCMP said officers responded to fewer calls at this year’s Craven Country Jamboree, they were still called to six assault with a weapon calls over the weekend.
Police responded to 114 calls for service at the festival site from July 14-17, down 35 calls from last year.
Of those calls, three were for impaired driving and one for cruelty to an animal.
