Cyclist killed after being struck by semi on Lewvan Drive in Regina

Regina police are investigating a fatal collision between a cyclist and a semi Friday afternoon.

At around 3 p.m., Regina police were on scene at the intersection of 4th Avenue and Lewvan Drive.

According to police, a cyclist was struck by a semi and the cyclist has died. Police are still investigating and have not released any information about the victim’s identity at this time.

The northbound lanes of Lewvan Drive from 7th Avenue and the intersection of 4th Avenue and Lewvan Drive will be closed for the next couple of hours.
