Cape Breton Regional Police are asking for the public’s assistance locating 47-year-old John Alan Scott MacAdam, also known as Scott MacAdam of Sydney, N.S.
MacAdam was last seen on the evening of Monday, July 4 in Sydney River. He was reported missing by his family, who has not seen or been able to contact him since.

MacAdam is described as 5’5″, 160 pounds, is clean-shaven and has black hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue jacket and a Pittsburgh Penguins hat.
