A woman is dead after she was struck by a vehicle while she was walking on Highway 55 near Pierceland, Sask.
Police say the collision happened Sunday at around 11:15 p.m. CT approximately 16 kilometres east of the community.

The 32-year-old woman from the Mudie Lake First Nation was declared dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured.

No charges have been laid at this time.
Pierceland RCMP continue to investigate.
