WINNIPEG — A giant pile of garbage caused huge traffic delays along Queen Elizabeth Way in St. Boniface early Tuesday morning
Around 8 a.m., a garbage truck stalled on the outer northbound lane of the bridge turning onto River Avenue.
Although the truck was cleared, it apparently lost a load of garbage along the way.

Crews worked to remove the large pile of debris and traffic was flowing regularly around 8:30 a.m.
