A driver in Kazakhstan made a pleasant discovery about his Tesla Model S: it can float.
No, this isn’t an added feature Tesla CEO Elon Musk developed for the model (though, who would be surprised?). Instead, it’s a fortunate circumstance of the electric car.

The driver, Sanzhar Altayev posted the video of his car driving through Almaty, Kazakhstan, after torrential rains flooded roads. The water can be seen coming up over the hood as he passes other drivers and makes it through the flooded tunnel.
But Musk had a word of advice for other Tesla drivers:
Of course, it’s worth noting that you should never drive through flooded roads, as the depth of the water can be deceiving and you and your car can be swept away. Also, don’t use your phone while driving.
