WINNIPEG — One person was extracted from a vehicle after a two vehicle crash on McPhillips Street and Inkster Boulevard early Tuesday morning.
It happened around 7:30 a.m., and had the southbound lane blocked off on McPhillips Street, causing huge traffic delays in the area.
Emergency crews were on scene working to extract a passenger from the back seat of one of the vehicles.

As of 8:30 a.m., the southbound lane was still blocked off.
