Composite sketch released of sexual assault suspect in North York

Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a suspect in connection to a daylight sexual assault of a woman in North York last week.

Police say the sexual assault happened on June 6 around 12:30 p.m. while the victim was on a pathway near Tobermory Drive and Potsdam Road.

The suspect is described as having dark-brown skin, 25 to 30 years of age, 5’5” tall, 150 lbs., black eyebrows, with black hair, long on the top, short at the sides and back, pointy nose, wearing a long brown/orange T-shirt with a black-and-blue circular logo on the front, black baggy pants and white underwear under the pants.

A composite sketch of the man was released by police on Tuesday.
