They say the tracks belong to a species that walked through the region 72 million years ago.

Forty dinosaur tracks have been discovered so far, including the latest ones.

Rafael Pacheco, who heads Sonora Dinosaur Park, said thousands of dinosaurs walked through Esqueda, the town where the tracks were found and a museum has been established.

The museum also displays other fossils found around the region.
