Kelowna Metis celebrate Supreme Court Decision

There are thousands of Metis living in the Okanagan. In fact, there are two offices in Kelowna that serve the Metis. And the phones there have been ringing off the hook following Thursday’s Supreme Court decision that the federal government has the same responsibility to Métis and non-status Indians as to status Indians and Inuit.
